Our on the day coordinator service is perfect for the couple that has planned and organised everything, but would like to hand over the reins so they can enjoy the day.
We offer all our couples a FREE consultation to ensure our coordinator is the right fit for you. This can be a meeting or a call. After this we will send you a blank copy of our event plan so you can record all your wedding details as you plan your day. We’ll also set up an email folder so you can send as much information as you wish day or night. We welcome any updated information during the run up to your day to keep us up-to date with your preferences.
What does a Coordinator do?
As your wedding approaches we’ll set up a handover meeting with you roughly 2 weeks prior. Here we’ll discuss all the details and create an event plan/running order and any required floor plans.
After the meeting we’ll contact all your suppliers to introduce ourselves and distribute the event details, so everyone has all the information, and the day runs as smoothly as possible.
During The Day.
We arrive on the day prior to everyone to greet your venue and all your suppliers. We’ll ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible, making any necessary changes and being a point of contact for your venue and suppliers.
We’ll be on hand to oversee every aspect from choreographing the ceremony walk, to ensuring the day runs on time.
