The Brief

Our client Zuto tasked the team with creating a dynamic, inviting, Inspiring and memorable day for the growing team at Zuto.

The term “conference” was banned on site. This was a 360 day of IMPACT complete with an urban garden, spa, branded coffee shop and live ‘High Performance Podcast’

This events goal was to empower, invigorate, congratulate and celebrate the ever growing Zutonite team.

How?

Collaboration

Working closely with the internal team at Zuto we refined the brief and overall goals for the event.

Trust

The most fundamental element to creating IMPACT22 was the trust our team was given by the clients.

Team

The Inspire team is drafted with the UKs best suppliers and production professionals.

Design

In-house designers worked with the clients design guidelines to create an event identity whilst also honouring the clients fundamental brand.

Creative

To elevate the event we took initial ideas and concepts from the client and transformed them into a reality.

Inception

After weeks of planning our team arrived on site with an army to transform the venue into IMPACT22.

IMPACT22

Impact 22 was an extremely successful production. Our audience engaged with every element of the event from the urban garden to the spa.

A live stage version of the popular ‘High Performance Podcast’ with special guest James Wilkinson Co-Founder and CEO at Zuto and hosted by Jake Humphrey and leading organisational psychologist Prof. Damian Hughes was a highlight for the day and our key note speaker Chris Hoy was unmissable.
